Burkina Faso is a country of contrast, and although one of the poorest countries in the world it is rich in its cultural heritage. With a land mass just a little larger than the UK and a population 20% the size Burkina Faso has over 72 distinct language groups the largest of them being the Mossi who make up 70% of the population.
